STRATIS announced this week it will use Honeywell’s Lyric Round Wi-Fi thermostat for its advanced building-wide thermostat control in MultiFamily and Student Housing. This integration represents continued leadership by STRATIS in enabling connected IoT devices in apartments. STRATIS recently installed its 200,000th unit in the U.S.
STRATIS platform consolidates the challenge of centralized control, multiple logins, and multiple mobile applications for connected devices by enabling residents to interact with their connected devices, including Honeywell’s Lyric Round thermostat, through a single STRATIS Mobile app.
When residents move in, they seamlessly and automatically gain access to all appropriate building and unit locks and smart devices in their unit. When they move out, device control reverts to Property Management via the STRATIS Property Management App, providing a rapid return on investment for the property.
The combined project between the two companies was installed at 41 Tehama in San Francisco. 41 Tehama is a defining new residence with a collection of modern apartments and penthouses that bring truly cosmopolitan living, sophisticated design, and unrivaled amenities in an incredible SoMa location. The 35-story property has 483 STRATIS IoT-enabled units, including 483 Honeywell Lyric Round Wi-Fi thermostats.
