EnterpriseDB, Hitachi integrate to accelerate digital transformation with Postgres

EnterpriseDB (EDB), a database platform company for digital business, announced Wednesday a new partnership with Hitachi Ltd. The partnership is designed to help organizations worldwide accelerate their digital transformation and adopt next generation data center solutions featuring the EDB Postgres Platform.

Hitachi helps organizations modernize with an agile IT environment that supports new operations, customer experiences, and business models to keep up with constant change and new demands from customers and the marketplace. Hitachi has taken a leadership role in the emerging Internet of Things (IoT) industry, developing systems for customers that support machine-driven data. Hitachi also has a group dedicated to working with open source solutions, including PostgreSQL with the EDB Postgres Platform.
