DevCool joins with AWS to host HIPAA healthcare EDI and HL7 managed services

DevCool Inc., vendor of healthcare technology products and solutions, announced that it will migrate legacy workloads for its customers and build new secure cloud-based solutions on AWS for the healthcare industry.

AWS is already home to many DevCool customers and with this expanded relationship, DevCool is poised to increase its service line in all industry segments with a key focus on building solutions for the healthcare industry in both payer and provider markets.

DevCool’ s journey in building Healthcare microservices through its HiPaaS platform for Hospital systems and insurance companies is now enabled on AWS for HIPAA compliance capabilities.

DevCool’s startup accelerator team is already helping various startups to implement new technologies like telematics, wearable devices, genomics, blockchain, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and internet-of-things (IoT) implementations across industries.

Working with AWS has helped DevCool speed up innovation and quickly get startups and ideas up and running from concept to realization.

“AWS’s market presence, their flexibility to work with innovative solutions and our existing customer relationships, helped expand our portfolio and work with AWS in our future cloud journey,” said Sandeep Deokule, CEO, DevCool. “As we’ve deepened our use of AWS, we’ve been able to extend our global reach by leveraging AWS’s secure, flexible, and scalable infrastructure and compute resources everywhere we need them.”

Earlier this year, DevCool launched next generation HiPaaS built on microservices, containers and the Dell Boomi integration platform as a service (iPaaS). HiPaaS microservices are self-contained APIs which will help hospitals and insurance companies quickly enable new business functions and innovative technologies around existing provider and payers systems (EHR, Facets, QNXT, and legacy systems).

With HiPaaS, Healthcare payers and providers can implement various capabilities including blockchain cryptocurrency, telemedicine, machine learning, automated patient intake, wearable devices integration and telematics analysis.
